This summer's top-ten is certainly a fresh look. It includes a few new additions, as well as a number of incumbents who have moved up or down quite a bit. Exciting times!

Halverson was, by all reports, utterly brilliant at Rangers' prospect camp last summer. So much so that the Rangers immediately handed him an entry-level contract. Things got turbulent from there. Halverson suffered a high-ankle sprain in training camp and missed the first part of the OHL season.
