SEATTLE – Rangers defenseman Jacob Trouba, the team’s representative to the players' union, said he is looking forward to Monday’s conference call with the union’s executive board, to hear more about the NHLPA’s performance during the Kyle Beach situation.
"I think guys want answers,’’ Trouba said at Sunday’s morning skate before the Rangers played their first game against the expansion Seattle Kraken. "I think players want to know what happened, where the shortcomings were with the PA, and how -- there's obviously a lot of breakdowns in the situation, on a lot, a lot of different parts, but what could the PA have done better to prevent this from happening?
