After crossing the Hudson River for a road game close to home two nights ago, the Blueshirts have traveled a bit farther for tonight’s contest. American Airlines Center in Dallas is the scene for the action as Rangers pay their yearly visit to Texas to take on Tyler Seguin, Jamie Benn, and the rest of the Dallas Stars.
After advancing to the Western Conference finals last season, the Stars have gotten off to a strong start in the first month and a half of the season. Dallas enters tonight atop the Central Division with an 11-4-1 record, and currently stands one point ahead of both the Colorado Avalanche and Winnipeg Jets.
