There’s a battle of the titans going on at Madison Square Garden tonight. On one bench, you’ve got the New Jersey Devils, gearing up to play their first game since January 31st following a COVID-19 outbreak among the team. They’ll be visiting the Rangers, who currently find themselves mired in a three game losing streak in which they’ve managed to score two goals over that span. In addition to Artemiy Panarin’s continued absence, K’Andre Miller will be sitting out of tonight’s contest.
Both the Rangers and Devils have won four games thus far, which doesn’t sound too bad until you realize the Blueshirts have played thirteen games while New Jersey has only played nine.
