Right in front of Keith Yandle’s locker congregated a horde of media, and in an instant, they all swarmed around the adjacent stall, where franchise goalie Henrik Lundqvist was about to give his pregame interview.
“Yeah, it’s a little different from two writers to about, what, almost 100 people in here,” Yandle joked to The Post on Thursday morning.
Yandle was referring to his days in Arizona, where he played for the Coyotes from the time he was drafted in the fourth round (105th overall) in 2005 to when he was traded to Broadway almost six weeks ago.
