My column from lohud.com:
After Tuesday’s game against the no longer – figuratively and literally – mighty Ducks of Anaheim, the Rangers and the rest of the NHL take a holiday break.
Nobody needs it more than the mentally-fried Rangers, who will break for four days before reconvening Sunday.
There was anguish and frustration in their voices, in their words, in their eyes, after Sunday’s come-from-ahead 7-3 blowout loss to the Washington Capitals.
You look at, and listen to them and, seriously, you can see that they care.
