As expected Vitali Kravtsov will remain in Russia, and New York Rangers visa issues

Highly touted prospect, Vitali Kravtsov will remain in the KHL for rest of Traktor’s season according to the NY Post. Also staying in Russia will be defenseman Yegor Rykov who is behind other blue-line prospects like K’Andre Miller, Tarmo Reunanen, and Libor Hajek. All three will be at camp when it opens on January 3.

In a feature on Traktor’s website, Vitali Kravtsov made it clear that the agreement was for him to play the entire season in the KHL. “I knew about it for a long time,” Kravtsov explained.
