In 2013, she was awarded the Patty Kazmaier Award as the top female college ice hockey player in the United States. She played for USA Hockey in the IIHF World Championships, earning a silver medal in 2012 and gold in 2013, and participated in the 2014 Sochi Olympic Games, where she earned a silver medal.
