Following up last week’s Part 1 of potential Rangers first round picks at #23, there are five more names that are intriguing for the Rangers at this spot. Assuming the Rangers keep this pick, they will likely get a solid prospect with a high ceiling, most likely three years away from being a legitimate NHL option.
