Mets ace pitcher Jacob deGrom is racking up wins for the Amazin’s. He notched three strikeouts on 10 pitches in the All-Star Game and has a microscopic 2.05 ERA that’s second in the major leagues.
But all anyone want to talk about is his long, flowing hair.
“Yeah, people ask me about it a lot,” he tells The Post with a bashful chuckle, adding that he’s at ease with the curiosity. Not so much with his hair.
“My hair bothers me because it’s too long. There is no reason I keep it or don’t cut it,” says deGrom, who started growing it out when he was in college at Florida’s Stetson University, and shaved it all off in 2010 after he had arm surgery.
