Wilmer Flores left today’s game against the Milwaukee Brewers due to what the Mets are calling lower back soreness. He was replaced by Luis Guillorme at third base to start the bottom of the fourth inning. Flores has had his ups and downs this season, currently hitting .252 with three home runs and 13 RBIs. After not playing much to start the season he has seen more playing time lately due to the injury to Todd Frazier.
The Mets have not stated yet whether or not Flores will need to spend time on the disabled list.
