The Yankees mostly stayed quiet during the TV-radio hot stove, while the Mets had a major makeover.
The Mets have a new radio home (WCBS), an altered booth (Wayne Randazzo is in) and a new main studio analyst (Todd Zeile), while on TV, the old reliable trio of Gary Cohen, Ron Darling and Keith Hernandez remains intact.
The Yankees are a bit more straightforward, with YES’ long list of announcers shaved by one after Al Leiter left the booth to return to the Mets as a special adviser. Meanwhile, the rest of the crew, including the unretired Ken Singleton is back.
