The Mets are taking on the Marlins down in Miami on Friday night, and Zack Wheeler once again was dominating to start the game. All the Mets needed was a couple runs to back him up.
Leave that to Michael Conforto.
With runners at the corners and two outs in the top of the third, Conforto took a 3-2 fastball to right field to score the first run of the game.
Amed Rosario provided more two-out hitting, this time with a bases-loaded shot that deflected off the glove of Starlin Castro and went into center field.
