Update: Cabrera to have MRI, Reynolds called up

Mets shortstop Asdrubal Cabrera, who left Sunday's game against Colorado with a patella tendon strain in his left knee, will have an MRI on Monday, reports Jon Heyman.

Meanwhile, the Mets have called up Matt Reynolds from Triple-A Las Vegas.

Cabrera stumbled rounding third base on Neil Walker's RBI triple in the first inning on Sunday, collapsing after he touched home plate. He needed assistance to leave the field.

He had a similar injury in spring training, causing him to miss 17 days. Cabrera has played a team-high 101 games this season, hitting .
