Mets C Travis d'Arnaud is currently rehabbing his strained rotator cuff with a personal trainer and physical therapist at his home in California, Sandy Alderson told reporters earlier this week.
Alderson would not indicate when d'Arnaud might move his rehab to New York, Triple-A Las Vegas or St. Lucie. However, the player's agent, Joel Wolfe, told the NY Post that he anticipates it will be within the next few weeks.
"He's doing well," Wolfe told Post reporter Howie Kussoy. "It's just aggressive strengthening, range of motion because Travis really wants to get back out there and hit the ground running.
