Prior to Tuesday's loss, Terry Collins dismissed questions about whether he should be worried about his team's sluggish start to 2016.
"It's drama here," Collins said before the game, when the Mets were still just 2-4. "It's not drama in Milwaukee. It's not drama in Houston. It's drama here. I saw the other day the Cardinals were in last place and I didn't hear, 'Let's cut the season off. Let's get it over with. Let's start trading our guys.' But, here there are expectations that you have to live up to and that's on a daily basis."
Later, after losing to the Marlins to drop to 2-5, Collins admitted to being unhappy with the record, though he's hardly giving up on the season.
