Tebow ignites rally in Fall League win

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- A trio of Yankees players and one very popular former Heisman Trophy winner (and NFL quarterback) teamed up to lead the Scottsdale Scorpions to victory in the Arizona Fall League on Thursday night.

Infielder Gleyber Torres, the No. 2-ranked prospect in the Yankees organization and MLB Pipeline's No. 17 prospect in all of baseball, kept his smoldering season going with a three-run home run in a five-run third inning that helped the visiting Scorpions to a 9-7 victory over the Salt River Rafters at Salt River Fields.

"I'm just putting in a lot of hard work pregame in the cages with the hitting coach," Torres said through interpreter Carlos Mendoza.
