1) Syndergaard was hit hard in the first inning, giving up an RBI double to former Met Asdrubal Cabrera to get things started for the Phillies. Nick Williams' RBI single and Carlos Santana's double play plated two more in the inning, making it 3-0. In the fourth, Austin Jackson misplayed a fly ball to deep center field that resulted in a triple for Roman Quinn, who then scored on an RBI single by Jorge Alfaro for the Phillies' fourth run of the night.
