NEW YORK -- The New York Mets made one roster tweak between rounds, subbing left-hander Sean Gilmartin for right-hander Erik Goeddel in the bullpen for the National League Championship Series.
Goeddel allowed hits to all four batters he faced in his lone division series appearance against the Los Angeles Dodgers. That included surrendering a three-run homer to Howie Kendrick in the ninth inning of Game 3. Goeddel's struggles prompted manager Terry Collins to insert closer Jeurys Familia to complete the 13-7 win.
Gilmartin was with the Mets throughout the NLDS, although he was not active.
