Q: Did the Mets send a message to the Nationals with the sweep in D.C.?
A: Too early to send a message. If they send a message when Daniel Murphy’s in the lineup, then maybe I’ll think about it different. I think the Mets are on a mission to send a message to everyone that they’re playing a certain brand of ball, and don’t get in our way. They want to roll over people.
