Rob Manfred: Offers To Buy Marlins Are Neck And Neck

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — The two groups bidding to buy the Miami Marlins from Jeffrey Loria are relatively even in their price offers, according to commissioner Rob Manfred.
