NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Mets pitcher Bartolo Colon is accused of being a deadbeat dad to two children he fathered with a woman who is not his wife, according to a report.
Alexandra Santos, 38, of Washington Heights, has filed a lawsuit alleging that Colon is the father of her 7-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son and has not been paying child support, the New York Post reported Wednesday.
Colon, 42, appeared in a Manhattan court Monday and is due back next month.
