Mike Piazza’s revered post-9/11 Mets jersey just made history again.
Three die-hard Mets fans paid a record $365,000 to insure the sacred shirt will remain in the hands of the organization and accessible to its boosters, said Ken Goldin, whose New Jersey-based Goldin Auctions handled the bidding.
SkyBridge Capital founder Anthony Scaramucci and former Goldman Sachs head trader Tony Lauto — who share a small ownership piece of the Mets — stepped up to the plate Thursday with the winning bid.

The shirt, with an American flag on the back collar and 9-11-01 on the right sleeves, was signed by Piazza.
