On Saturday, the New York Mets did it again. A come-from-behind 6-5 victory over the Washington Nationals propels the club to 6-2 on the young season.
Trailing 5-3 in the eighth inning, young Pete Alonso and Robinson Cano smashed back-to-back home runs to lead it off. Five batters later, Keon Broxton put New York ahead for good.
