Ok, now that we’ve established that, we can revel in a few of the moments that brought us out of the mire and gave us some sort of joy in this hellscape of a year. The Mets didn’t make the playoffs, squandering the easiest path to the post-season that will ever exist, but still gave us a few memorable games and moments that reminded us why we love this team.
