Even though the Mets have no representatives in Major League Baseball’s 2018 edition of the Home Run Derby, we figured you might be watching and appreciate an open thread for that. The field is particularly loathsome for Mets fans, as a chunk of it comes from other teams in the National League East: Bryce Harper, Freddie Freeman, and Rhys Hoskins. And there are two Cubs in it, too, in Kyle Schwarber and Javier Baez. The Brewers’ Jesus Aguilar, the Dodgers’ Max Muncy, and the Astros’ Alex Bregman round out the field.
