As New York Rangers fans know, defenseman Adam Fox grew up on Long Island, in Jericho. He actually grew up a fan of the team, and now gets to play for his childhood team.
However, like most kids growing up, Fox didn’t only root for hockey teams. Sitting down with Steve Serby of the New York Post, Fox also revealed that he was a fan of the New York Mets and the New York Jets.
In fact, he went on to praise a specific player who wasn’t a hockey player.
