New York Mets SP Noah Syndergaard throws 2-hit complete game (Highlights)

Don’t look now but the New York Mets are putting forth nice and tidy accomplishments. The latest such late-season feat comes in the form of Noah Syndergaard.

Thor, as friends and fellow superheroes call him, tossed a complete game two-hitter on Sunday while helping his club to a 4-1 victory over the San Francisco Giants.

He threw 114 pitches in the first complete game of his career while striking out 11, walking just one and relenting just two hits. His only blemish came in the form of a sac-fly by the opposing starting pitcher, Chris Stratton.
