Right-handed pitcher Wilmer Font is likely to make a spot start on Thursday vs. the Cubs, according to Mike Puma of the New York Post.
Acquired from the Tampa Bay Rays in early-May, Font has appeared in 19 games for the Mets. He owns a 4.98 ERA and 1.369 WHIP in 34.1 innings pitched.
