The injuries for the New York Mets keep on rolling in.
On Tuesday, the ballclub announced that they’ve placed relief pitcher Jeurys Familia on the 10-day injured list. Familia has been diagnosed with a Bennett lesion, which is a type of bone spur in the shoulder area.

The Mets bullpen will now have to be led by relief pitchers Seth Lugo, Robert Gsellman, Edwin Diaz and newcomer Brooks Pounders.
