The 2019 season has been a wild season for the New York Mets. A year that looked like it was lost has turned into a late-season playoff push for the Amazins.
This season has brought a lot of players into focus for good and bad reasons. As players like Pete Alonso and Jeff McNeil continue to show why they are the cornerstones of the franchise, there are also players such as J.D. Davis and Michael Conforto proving why they should be in the Mets long term plans.
However, we can’t forget how bad the Mets have played in certain parts of this season.
