As you’ve already seen from the tweet above, Mets reliever A.J. Ramos and friends decided to make great use of Monday’s snow day by building Salty the Snow Met at Citi Field.
The Mets game against the Philadelphia Phillies was postponed early in the day due to the recent snowfall in the greater metropolitan area. (The snow also destroyed the New York Yankees home opener up in the Bronx.
