NEW YORK --
FIRST PITCH: Off to the Windy City!
After the New York Mets won a pair of games from the Chicago Cubs in Queens, the National League Championship Series now shifts to Wrigley Field for the next three games. That is, if three games are necessary.
The Amazin’s are scheduled to work out at the Friendly Confines late Monday afternoon.
Game 3 of the NLCS is due to begin at 8:07 p.m. ET on Tuesday. Jacob deGrom opposes right-hander Kyle Hendricks.
This marks the second time in franchise history the Mets enjoy a 2-0 lead in a best-of-seven series.
