NEW HAMPSHIRE 4, BINGHAMTON 3; NEW HAMPSHIRE 5, BINGHAMTON 4 (8 innings): Rafael Montero allowed four runs (three earned) on six hits and two walks in six innings in a complete-game loss in the opener. All of the damage against Montero came in the first inning. In Game 2, closer David Roseboom suffered his first blown save in 11 chances with the B-Mets when he surrendered a leadoff homer to Jorge Saez in the bottom of the seventh.
