HARTFORD 11, BINGHAMTON 3: The B-Mets went 1-for-11 with runners in scoring position and left a season-high 16 runners on base. Rehabbing Jim Henderson allowed four runs on four hits in the sixth inning. The B-Mets played as the road team in a game that was closed to the public. B-Mets starter Casey Delgado (4-5) surrendered seven runs on 11 hits in five innings. Phillip Evans' solo homer in the third pulled the B-Mets within 2-1. Binghamton loaded the bases later that frame, but stranded all three runners when Colton Plaia grounded into a fielder's choice.
