Las Vegas starter Sean Gilmartin (5-2) allowed two runs (one earned) on three hits and two walks in 6 2/3 innings. He struck out six in a 101-pitch effort. Taijeron finished 4-for-5 with two doubles, four runs scored and four RBIs. Marc Krauss contributed a three-run homer in the eighth. Brandon Nimmo has been sidelined since last appearing on Wednesday with what has been reported as soreness.
