NEW HAMPSHIRE 8, BINGHAMTON 1: B-Mets starter Tyler Pill suffered his first regular-season Double-A loss since May 5, 2014. Matt Oberste went 2-for-4 with a double and drove in the B-Mets' lone run. For New Hampshire, Dwight Smith Jr. drove in a career-high four runs and the bullpen contributed five scoreless innings. Roemon Fields produced a game-opening double for the Fisher Cats and scored on Smith's groundout. It remained 1-0 until the fourth, when Dominic Smith led off the frame with a single.
