In this week's interview, I talk with Brewers GM David Stearns. Why? Because it was just 15 years ago he was living in New York City with his family, growing up as a Mets fan.
He began his baseball career interning with the Brooklyn Cyclones, after which he worked in baseball operations for the Pirates, Astros and Indians, before being hired as GM of the Brewers last season.
Stearns and I talk about rooting for the Mets, his favorite players, how he landed an internship with the Cyclones, his rise through baseball, being a GM, and who he believes will represent the National League during this year's World Series.
