Michael Conforto is not just a good outfielder, he appears to be a cat with nine lives.
A few weeks ago, he was set to go to Vegas, but Kirk's neck flared up and Conforto was saved. Saturday, he was on his way to Triple-A again, but Lucas Duda went on the DL and Conforto was saved again. He's sort of Flores without the tears.
Anyway, this is not a good time to have Duda go down, but hopefully he can get his back back in shape for September.
Speaking of that, looks like we might see Eric Young Jr.
