The night after Reyes allowed two homers while pitching in the Mets' 25-4 loss, he hit homers from both sides of the plate.
According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Reyes is the first player in baseball history to ever allow multiple home runs as a pitcher before hitting multiple home runs the next day.
