The Mets have announced they signed RHP Neil Wagner to a minor league contract, and acquired OF Travis Snider.
Wagner has had limited time in the majors in his career. His last appearance came with the Blue Jays in 2014 where he appeared in 10 games as a reliever. He is 2-4 with a 4.92 ERA in 52 career games.
The 33-year-old has played with the Rays' Triple-A Durham for the past two seasons. He owns a 3.07 ERA in 32 appearances (one start) this season.
Snider last played in the majors in 2015 with the Orioles.
