Mets: Seth Lugo exits game early due to calf cramp

A night after they lost Jay Bruce in the second inning due to a right calf cramp, the Mets lost Seth Lugo due to the exact same issue.

Lugo was warming up prior to the sixth inning when catcher Rene Rivera ran out to the mound and signaled to the dugout.

A few seconds after, Lugo was walking to the dugout and Terry Collins was seen cursing in the dugout. Lugo was relieved by Jim Henderson.

Before the cramp, Lugo had tossed five scoreless innings while allowing two hits, walking three and striking out five.
