The New York Mets have been in the midst of that kind of quandary for most of June. Their starting rotation is one of the most promising in baseball, ranking in the top six in the National League in FIP, strikeouts per nine innings, strikeout-to-walk ratio (it is first in that category) and Fangraphs WAR.
