The Mets have reportedly agreed to a deal to acquire All Star shortstop Francisco Lindor for Cleveland. Jeff Passan first reported that the team was in deep discussions with Cleveland on a trade, and then that the trade was being finalized. In addition to Lindor, the team will also be getting starter Carlos Carrasco in the deal. The exact pieces the team is parting with is not immediately known, but as of now, the team will reportedly part with shortstop Andres Gimenez, infielder Amed Rosario, and prospects Josh Wolf and Isaiah Greene, though more pieces might be moving.
