The Mets made a few roster moves on Friday, including the recall of RHP Jacob Rhame from Triple-A Las Vegas, the team announced.
With Rhame joining the big league club, the Mets have optioned RHP Corey Oswalt back to Triple-A. He was stellar in his MLB debut on Wednesday after coming in for LHP Steven Matz. Oswalt went 4.2 innings, allowing two earned runs on two hits while striking out four.
Rhame has appeared in four games with the Mets this season. He has allowed six hits and three earned runs, while striking out two and walking one over 3.
