The New York Mets have been ravaged by injuries this season. The majority of their regular players are currently on the shelf, many of whom will be out of the lineup for the foreseeable future.
So far, the Mets’ replacements have not delivered any tangible results. Cameron Maybin, who the team acquired from the Cubs, barely can buy one hit.
