NEW YORK -- The Mets on Monday announced a seven-year deal to move their radio broadcasts to WCBS-AM 880 from WOR-AM 710, which had aired their games since 2014.
"This new partnership allows us to continue delivering outstanding radio broadcasts to our passionate fan base, while also reaching a wide audience via cross promotions on all of Entercom's New York stations," Mets executive vice president Lou DePaoli said in a statement.
The Mets spent decades on WFAN-AM 660 before moving to WOR four years ago. They have now effectively swapped radio stations with the Yankees, who precipitated the Mets' last move by shifting from WCBS to WFAN.
