As has often been the case this year, the Mets have made some roster moves in their bullpen, as the team has optioned Grant Hartwig to Triple-A Syracuse, designated Michael Tonkin for assignment, reinstated Sean Reid-Foley from the injured list, and called up Josh Walker from Syracuse.
Reid-Foley had been in the mix for a spot on the Opening Day roster, but after suffering a minor injury in spring training, he opened the season on the injured list. He made three rehab appearances in the minors leading up to his return to the active roster.
Hartwig has thrown three innings at the major league level so far this year, and he has a 6.
