In case you missed it…
- Lugo (1-2) pitched five scoreless innings before he was removed while warming up in the sixth due to cramping in his right calf. In his second Major League start, the 26-year-old allowed two hits and three walks while striking out five. He also singled in the fourth for his first career hit.
- Alejandro De Aza went 2-for-4 with a three-run homer and a career-high five RBIs.
