DENVER — Robert Gsellman has been Mr. Efficiency from the Mets bullpen this season, but he was among the team’s parade of pitchers Wednesday night without an answer for the beast that is Coors Field.

Seth Lugo couldn’t handle the environment and Anthony Swarzak had his own misstep later in the game.

But it was the three-run homer Gsellman surrendered to Ryan McMahon in the fifth inning that resonated the loudest in the Mets’ second straight 10-8 loss to the Rockies.
